The Carafa substitute

I have never even seen Carafa being sold as anything BUT the dehusked/debittered version. Morebeer and Northern brewer only cary the dehusked. I assume that is what those brewers are using, but I'm not sure.

It's definitely what Captain Larry uses. I saw a sack of it on the floor of the brewery the other day at the WHO meeting, next to a bag of Crisp English 80, across the floor from a few sacks of Best Malz Weiner Malz (for that good Weinery Flavor!).

Question: How can I tell if it is Carafa® II or Carafa® Special II? Does the Carafa® Special have different markings on the bag ?
