hop suggestions

I think its time I did an experiment to start to learn more about the flavors and aromas different hops impart on a beer. I have brewed alot of american wheat using only cascade which seems to give the beer a citrusy note. I want to start with a ten gallon batch of american wheat, split it in half and use a different hop in each of the two five gallons batches. What suggestions do you guys have for hops and what flavor-aroma can I expect them to impart on the beer.

if you have enough vessels, I'd say split it up into 2.5 batches. start with some low AA varieties up to the high end.
