I just used it for my first kolsch. Fermented 60-63. Really nice character. Slight sulfer. Nice white wine character. However, krausen never dropped out, even after 3 weeks, (gravity stopped dropping after 7 days). Had to chill it to get yeast to drop. Be sure to give it a couple week lager.
