1.5 Cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of nutmeg (I usually leave this out)
Combine above in bowl
Beat together 
2 Large Eggs
1/2 cup milk
add to the flour mixture.  Beat well with a wooden soppn to create fairly elastic batter.  Bring to a simmer in large saucepan / pot
bunch of water or chix stock. (6cups)
drop small bits into water boil till it floats.  it's done
serve and eat
