The first braggot they tried sounds like a pretty simple extract recipe, shooting for 4.2% ABV, 25% Orange Blossum honey, Kolsch yeast, Hallertau hops (16 IBU). I'll take a stab at a 5 gallon batch:
0.5 lbs Crystal 30, steep at 150* for 1 hour.
Remove grain, start boil, add hops (probably 0.75 oz, depending on AA), boil for 45 minutes.
Add 4 lbs Light DME, boil 15 minutes.
Total boil is 60 minutes.
At flame out add 1.5 lbs honey
