You might have to wait until he releases his book.

Ahhh...Just kidding but I'm sure he could sell one!

Mike's book could be called "Hop Shortage: 50 Lupulin-inspired beer recipies"

I was going to make the same post until I heard him say it's mostly the same hops as pliny but scaled down. I just don't have the inventory for that :( Still I'd love to have the recipe.
Too much of a good thing....is a very good thing!

Why don't you email Shat? He can break into the McDole household under the cover of darkness, crack the safe, photograph the recipe, leave the house without being detected and send you the photo. (He'd probably look stunning in black. :) )

Or he could ask Tasty. Whatever.

Scaled down pliny...so...scaled down by half? A third?

That means I only need a half a pound of hops for 5 gallons.

Mike?

I'm pretty interested in this recipe too.
I think that Tasty should post his "Pliny Lite" and Cuda should post his "Blind Mice" and let the fine people (such as myself) in flyover country do the side by side comparison.
I'd also be interested in the water that was used for brewing this (i.e. if Tasty used Mosher's Ideal Pale Ale water for this one like it says he did for his Pliny with NB Kicker on the Maltose Falcon's site).
believe me: the secret for harvesting from existence the greatest fruitfulness and greatest enjoyment is — to live dangerously.
