Yesterday I started construction on my brew stand. It will basically be just like the stand Push built but a little longer. I don't have pics yet but I will post them later this week when the welding is done. Right now it is just tacked together. As I get the money I will add a pump and temp controllers but for now I will use it as a gravity system and will have to put the brew kettle on the ground during the sparge. Hopefully that will be a short lived problem. I won't be brewing again until the stand is done so I am getting anxious.
