Well, Dawg. You're not the last one, if that's any consolation. You had mentioned that you were busy with work...

I am still waiting for 2 brewers (both on the same tasting team). I am sending out PM's and emails right now. I know everyone is anxious to get their results back. I would like to get the results posted so the first round winners can send their entries off to HQ sometime next week for the second round.

I don't want to resort to public embarassment as a motive - so if you are one of the remaining two - PLEASE EMAIL YOUR SCORESHEETS, ASAP!

FYI - One interesting scoring factor that is uniquely related to these "virtual" tastings came up. One of the bottles from one brewer that were sent to a group was obviously contaminated. Two of the judges received non-contaminated bottles and their scores were obviously much higher than the one judge. This would never happen during a real comp - as all judges would be tasting from the same bottle. In this case, I think that it is best to throw out that one score so it doesn't affect the average.

Thanks everyone for you patience. I hope that I will have the final scores posted within the next few days.

Grubs - got 'em.

OK, that leaves one guy with the distinguished honor of scoresheet :asshat: .... Yeast_Slurry_Speech. I wasn't going to call him out - but he has ignored several emails and PMs - and he has had several weeks to get these into me by now.

Come on, dude...! Take a break from the podcasting and get me the sheets, please!

UPDATE from YSS....

He is out of town now and will be back on Thursday - promises a sheet on Friday.

Do you guys want to wait until then for the results? Should we just call his group good with two judges? or, should I post the other groups now and wait until Friday to repost the missing group...?

I hope everyone is saving at least one bottle, if they need to send it into HQ...

I say post what you can... Looks like I'll be waiting 'til Friday. My vote is to wait for YSS's scores. Unless the group discussed and were in agreement with the scores. If they agreed on the general rankings then post away!

Hey Mylo, I say you send everyone their scores. Doesn't sound like YSS is going to send them, so I say lets move on.

For future reference, you can type the scores and comments right on a PDF file and email it to Mylo. You don't have to fax it or scan it then email it.
