Next Kettle

Brewers,
I saw this kettle and think that something like it will be my next step up. I have also scoped out some split dairy tanks for a MLT. I think that with 3bbl batches, ATF/ABC permits and licensing may be a good idea. Image

This is the one I have. I'll probably end up using it for a mash tun. I can pump boiling water through the jacket to do step mashes, and not have to mess with steam. I was originally planning on using it as a boil kettle, but I just don't want to deal with building and steam generator. Especially since I'm an idiot and would probably kill myself and burn my house down.

Dont get me started on the "burning the house down" rant. I will probably go with some sort of electric steam generator (science suppliers) when I do go for it.

You know of any good suppliers for steam generators that would work with that kind of kettle? I looked around a while back and couldn't find any at a reasonable price.
