So I'm going to brew the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone posted on here from a while ago:

I need to do some hop subs though. I was thinking swapping in Columbus for the Magnum and Cluster for the Perle...they're almost identical on the AAs. Any thoughts?

I surprisingly have the right amount of Cascades.

I have been trying to tune my system with this recipe and man I have got it down to an almost exact science. I have omitted the dry hops the last 2 times I brewed it and man it was spot on. I am also adjusting my water to somewhat mock the water of Burton-upon-Trent.

You should be fine with those substitutions being that they are added so early in the boil.
