Easter Dinner Brew

What are you having for Easter Dinner and what brew are you complimenting it with?

We are going to have Ribeye Steaks and I plan on washing it down with a nice Porter.
Primary...........Wildcat Stout
Secondary.......Nada
Bottled............Admirals Pale Ale
Kegged...........Hopefully some day

We had Pot Roast... and I decided to pop open one of my Strong Scotch Ale's I have been aging to see how it was coming along. Happy Easter to me!

We had the usual ham, taters, sweet taters, etc. Home made lemon meringue pie and key lime cheese cake. Im sippin on my cherry pail ale. Im thinkin about switchin over to my belgian dubble soon.

I just racked my 10 gallons of amber so i can brew tomorrow or wednesday.
Back to the desert here shortly.
