I would think regular mushrooms. I have a friend that made a cousin beer and that was a good chunck of change... so I would imagine the cost of doing a Shroom beer would be astronomical.

If I had to guess, we are talking about 'shrooms' just because he said, "an old friend came around and now I have a few shrooms". I know whenever some of my "old" friends come around it always makes for some interesting times.
