I am mashing right now for this beer. I was too hungover sun. and yesterday was raining. now that I started I find out we are suppose to get up 12 in. of snow starting this afternoon going into tomorrow. I hope I am done with the boil in time.
on tap: horse feed oatmeal stout, brown porter, honey pale.

In Reserve: oaked imperial amber, dopplebock, imperial IPA,baltic porter.

In fermentors: Imperial stout, APA, brown porter, american brown ale, belgian pale.

my o.g. is a little higher than planned at a 1.046 but it is fermenting as we speak. How are we going to work out the trading.

Im mashing out right now, so far so good. I get to test out my new whirlpooler today to so im a bit excited. It worked great when pumping cleaner and starsan through it!

edit: shit, i just made a huge mistake :shock: since im used to doing 1 hour boils and read the hops in at 60 min. I Added them at first boil. Ahh no, well looks like mine will be a tad different. I did the calcs in promash and it only raised the IBU's 1.3 points, so its not terrible, but will be a bit different. Please dont shoot me. :cry:
