Just another obsessed homebrewer. Live in Eugene,OR. I brew 10 gal batches about every other week. I've been on a big Belgian kick the past year or so. I also run the yeast bank for our homebrew club. I've got about 30 strains in the bank so far. Alot of them I've cultured out of the bottle. I love doing that.
