Self Contained brewing system

Thought this was an interesting a closed system set up for extract brewing. The article has a link with close pictures.

That looks pretty cool, but I love it when someone who has no idea about the brewing process writes an article on it.

wow, I didn't know DME/LME was Pre-Fermented. Call me crazy but I'd think the ethanol would evaporate way before the water.
