EST FG - 1.024
EST Alc - 9%
IBUs - 25.8
120 Minute Boil
13 lbs - Maris Otter
4 lbs - Crystal 40
2 lbs - Munich (20L)
1.5 lbs - Biscuit Malt
1.0 lb - Flaked Barley
2 oz - Peat Smoked Malt
2 oz - Chocolate Malt (350L)
2 oz - Roasted Barley
2 oz - E.K. Goldings - 5.5%AA - 60 Min.
White Labs - Edinburgh Ale (WLP028) - Slurry from a batch of Scottish 60/- or a big starter.
Mash: 90 Minutes at 150F.
Ferment at 68F. Age for at least 6 months.
