quick turnaround...

Howdy all.
I wanted to cook up some interesting beers for Thanksgiving but too much work + a move have stolen vital time. I'm down to just a few weeks and wanted to see what kind of input you guys have as far as beers I can brew this week that will be consumable on Thanksgiving. I plan on knocking out a couple of English style milds this week (and maybe an american bastardization), but are there other styles that would be appropriate at this juncture?

Many thanks-
Lee.
