For all of his flaws, Bub knows what he speaks of here. I have been using 3068 at his (and others) advise for a couple years now.

Me like 3068.

I know I'm late but a helles or a kolsch might be a good idea. Though they may not get enough lagering time. Hefe is a great suggestion too. I'd like to hear what the hosts think of your beer btw.

Yeah, no time for a lager or a kolsch.

I decided to brew JZ's Dusseldorf Alt. I decided I am only going to brew one batch instead of two, so I will save the hefe for another day.
