Freeze your yeast in 33% glycerol (standar lab practice). That is 1 part glycerol, 3 parts yeast. Best to store at -80C (celcius), but not everyone has one around so -20C will have to surfice.

Alternatively, just keep your yeast stored in beer in the fridge for upto 1year.

Ummmm wouldn't that be a 25% solution a 1 to 2 would be 33%.
NOTE I am most likely wrong... I failed Algebra 120 in college 4 times... but took honor math classes in High School... what was the difference? BEER... and I'm drinking beer now, so there.
