Tue May 01, 2007 5:37 pm

Hay there I want to brew an IPA to serve from a keg on the 26th.... . What do you think of this "sister starr of the sun" I see from time to time? OR an Lagunitas IPA clone, need a recipy...

Thanks

I highly recommend Denny Conn's RyePA. http://www.brew-monkey.com/recipes/html/connsryeipa.htm

The Lagunitas one is Jamil's. It is on Beer DuJour (www.beerdujour.com).

By the way, it's spelled 'recipe'. Sorry, spelling is a pet peeve. :D :D

Sister Star of the Sun is a great IPA recipe. Ive brewed an extract recipe version of it a few times and it's always a crowd pleaser. It's on my list of the beers to brew again.
