Ooh, that was a good idea. I hadn't even thought of a Scottish style. See, sometimes I just need a nice kick in the head.
I decided to do an Imperial Stout and a Robust Porter. I will probably keg half the Porter and bottle the other half and bottle all of the IS.
I wanted to do a Saison as well but my LHBS doesn't have the yeast and he told me that it would be at least 3 weeks this time of year if I special order it. Ill probably do it once the three in my queue are done.
