I have been planning to brew the Midas Touch clone for a while but that Peppercorn Rye Bock sure looks good!

The homebrew shop that assisted with the book has made every beer in the book over the last few weeks. What's nice is they are more than willing to let you sample them before you brew (on site of course). Personally I did not care for the Peppercorn Bock.. Just wasn't what I was hoping for. The Ginger Saison is excellent. Dark Star Stout was good enough a friend and I made it for him. Blood Orange is going to be my next brew once I can get my hands on some fruit.
I just wish that the recipes were in both AG and Extract. Rumour has it a second edition may be on its way to include AG.

I made the Midas Touch, Just make sure to add the honey at flame out.
I might try the Vinnie's Hop Father, Ginger Saison, or the "bret only beer" from pizza port.

Really? Hadn't heard that. I'll see if I can find anything out.

I've been just plugging them into ProMash and converting them myself to Partial Mash. I have yet to "step" up to AG.

As much as I enjoy Sam's beer, I just don't think I could ever get through 5 gallons. Need a break from the intensity!

PS He needs to be on the show. I have met him a few times and he is such a cool guy.

I love the books' illustrations but hate all the misprints. Very unproffesional to have so many.
