hey all been a listener now on the forum. been brewing for about 3 years and and just starting to experiment with different thing mostly honey. my next beer is a vanilla bean honey amber ale.

most likely not the next couple of shows too early in the morning at the moment as i have to get up for work most mornings at 6am my time which is just a couple of hours after the show. maybe when im on holidays in a couple of weeks

You should be more like forum and chat room regular, Oz. He takes Tuesdays off from work so he can stay up and drink with us Yanks in the chat room

i think i know oz off aussie homebrewers but unfortunately where i work days off arent an option unfortunately

yeah thats why i started my own company so i cant take mondays off


but now with his holyness having a show on mondays(seppo time) i have to take another day off
