Excellent job on the video! I like the tip by using calibrated buckets to get the right amount.

Excellent idea not running the extra boiloff water through the mash.

I usually add an extra 3 gallons to my mash and sparge water
to account for the boiloff in my kettle and I think I'm getting some astringincy from it.

Great job on the video! :drink

Krotch
Great Video man !!!
I am an extract/steeper brewer - building the stuff to go all grain - haven't yet.
Dude - You Rule !!!!!

Great Music !!!!
Great Graphics !!!!!
Special effects were cool ( I was in the Film Biz for a while )
Nice clean concise writting !!!!!
Camera work could use some help - give me a call !

Great Stuff !!!!

But Krotch - that sanitization thing scares me ! Scared me for life !

I've got me a pick up truck - a mush tun, a couple of carboys.

BUT DUDE - Horses just walking around................?!?!?!?!?!
I saw bare feet in there too........... and some leaves and stuff stuck
to the outisde of those carboys......... just gave me the creeps !
( I bet Jamil is turning over in the grave he is not in yet )

I see by the video you actually have a BUILDING on your property.
Thats where People go In Doors - for sleeping - eating & sex.

Brew Indoors !

But most importantly - MOST IMPORTANTLY !!!!!! DUDE !!!!!
You gotta get a Brew Scultpture !!!! An American Made Brew Truck !

Is Chris Graham listening - help a brother out !!!
Chris - Yelling - CHRIS - get this guy otta the Yard and into the house !!!
or at leat into the Barn !

Krotch - if Chris G can't set you up with a cool SS sculpture
I can get you a PIN number so You can get yourself a Nice New FORD
Truck, at employee pricing !!

It would be a cool "Ford Tough" commercial - instead of horses running
around we'd use cute 19 year old girls in shorts !!!!

Krotch - Great Video !!!! Hope you understood my humor !
You gotta make some more Videos !!!! Brewing Videos !!!!

As far as the camera work, I think he told me his 8 year old daughter did a lot of the shooting.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
