
Maybe you could figure out a way to "cap off" the fermenter thusly preventing the aromatics from escaping thru your airlock.Steelers&Beer wrote:well, the 5 gal of the blood orange hefe was gone by the end of the game. it was rather tastey i must say but it lost most of the nose it had while fermenting. i'm going to double the zest next time to see if that helps.
