Need Help Updating Publisher 2007 Web Site Using Filezilla

Help! I am attempting to update my long neglected business web site that was created using MS Publisher 2007. I have changed some of the files and saved the whole thing to a new folder on my desktop. What I need now is a hand-holding guide to using Filezilla, because no matter what I try (even though it seems like the files are being uploaded), I can't see the updated web pages on the internet. TIA.

I'm sure code has you pointed in the right direction & it's been a while since I've used FileZilla so I don't remember the menu system/settings anymore. Don't forget to clear your cache & refresh though.
