West Texan!!

Discovered the BN a few weeks ago. Being brewing extract for a year, but I will make the jump to all grain very soon.

Look forward to the knowledge and advice I'll come across in this forum!

Welcome!

Are you looking to build a mash tun for all grain or do a BIAB (brew in a bag) method. The AHA just posted an article online about BIAB if that's the route you want to go for your first all grains.

I'll probably go ahead and jump into all grain system. I haven't decided if I want to try to make the system myself or just buy the mash tun and liquor tank from sites like Northern Brewer.
