Welcome, Jamie!

I drove all around your beautiful country with a couple friends, some years ago. Would love to make it back, someday.

I think you'll find this forum an invaluable resource!

I started listening to newish episodes but I didnt get the in house jokes but im glad I have because I have beer intformation overload cue sirens

irelands about 2 hours drive to a ferry then roughly 3-4 hours onboard sure as hell wouldnt want to swim it I think I would shrink to smaller than doc in that cold irish sea

The only bummer I can see being on this forum is the measurement barrier

You might be surprised how many brewers on the programs use Celsius, and Jamil is fond of using grams for hops, so keep your chin up! Besides, we all have to do some calculations from the pros' numbers...

Yeah, don't sweat the unit measurements. Throw them at us in metric and we'll adjust.

28 g = 1 oz
1 kg = 2.2 lbs

50c = 122F
55c = 131F
60c = 140F
65c = 149F
70c = 158F

easy enough
