Hey! What's that supposed to mean? It was a balmy 18 above last night in the valley. Thought I was going to have a palm tree sprout in the back yard!

My first piece of advice is don't. It's horrible and you'll want to put a gun in your mouth. If I haven't scared you off then it will all make you much better at brewing. I started with all grain right off the bat about a year ago and the hardest thing to do so far is convince my vagina-er half to spend a ton of money and space on brewing equipment in our 800 sf apartment.

My first brew was all grain too, I don't have a degree molecular biology and junk though
