Thanks all for the welcome.

I've no doubt it will be a little bit challenging finding and getting materials and equipment in Portugal. Hopefully I will be in touch with the other BN Portugal crew soon to get a better picture. Hopefully I won't need to spend too much time away doing "research".

I plan to have the bones of my brewery procured prior to departure from Australia.

The bones being:
HLT - Crown 40L urn with concealed element
MLT - Techniice 40L Cooler with a home made copper manifold
Wort Boiler - another Crown 40L urn ?
Home made copper immersion chiller

I'm looking to keep it simple as far as plumbing goes and plan to gravity feed everything.
