Has not signed it yet, he basically has 3 options:

1. Sign the bill.....would then become law on 1 July 2013
2. Don't sign the bill....let the session end.....bill becomes law 1 July 2013
3. Veto.....bill does not become law.....but I think we have him on our side, he did sign 3 beer bills into law last year......and the Lt. Gov. and him don't really see eye to eye, so I think there would be an over-ride if he tried to veto it (Which I don't think will happen).

You can't believe the elation I was feeling yesterday as I heard the gavel drop, and the Speaker of the House say....."AND THE BILL PASSES"

Final vote in the House was 73-36........and I believe most of the 36 represent dry counties (yes, we still have them here)

As of now.....the bill is on the way to the Gov's desk for signature.......we anyone wants to call him, and kinda request his signature on SB2183......the office # is: 601.359.3150
