Herbal Tea Recipe

Does anyone remember what show or the recipe for the "special" herbal tea. (Not Mike Hunt's hop teas). It was mentioned briefly but I believe it was 3 herbs and I think 2 of them were mugwort and yarrow. I had them written down and cant find it. Can't remember the show for the life of me. Thanks for any help.

You can check out either of the Brian Hunt (Moonlight) shows or I think there was a show where they interviewed the author of 'Sacred and Healing Beers' but I don't remember what one that was.
