Great Divide Oaked Yeti Attempt

Tried doing this one on Saturday:

90 Minute Boil

15lb US 2-row (Briess)
5lb Wheat Malt
1.5lb Munich
1.0lb Roasted Barley
0.75lb Chocolate Malt
0.5lb Crystal 60
0.5lb Special B

Hops:
3 oz Simcoe/Amarillo/Centennial Blend (60 min)
3 oz Simcoe/Amarillo/Centennial Blend (15 min)

Yeast: Big starter of WLP001

Mash In: 7.75 gal @ 170 (Grain/MT were both at about 55)
Mash Out: 4.3 gal @ 196.6

Maxed out my mash-tun!
