On racking day I always have a little beer left that didn't fit in the secondary ... good in fish batter and pizza dough, and it is already flat and room temperature.

Anyone have other uses?

The best thing about alcohol hand gel isn't hygiene, it's that everyone walks around like they're hatching a dastardly plan.

I don't have that problem, but I often have beer left over at bottling. I recently ended up screwing things up by spilling my carb tabs all over the kitchen floor while bottling Imperial JBA, so drank the remaining couple quarts. That was a good early afternoon.
