I'm here in Findlay, Ohio and have been here a long long time.
Started making Sake and Wines before some of you where born.
Mostly I do odd beers and meads without much equipment and I like it that way. As time goes on I have picked up some great tips from brewers like yourselves on the many forums I have found, beer type chats included. The Sunday live show is outstanding!
In the last year I have went All Grain, it really was not as big an investment as it first seemed. Unlocking a new range of flavors and finish gravities I could not obtain in the past.
Hope to make some kind of contribution here sometime.
