Greetings from Newport, RI

Hi Everyone,

Been brewing 11months now. I've done a dozen or so 5 gallon extract batches and switched to all grain in July. I've got 4 AG batches under my belt now using the usual 10 gallon coverted kegs/cooler w/ss-braid batch sparge system.

Like most people, I will never go back to extract.
I've gotten to the point where I hit my temps within a half degree, and pretty close with the water volumes. (Sight glasses are tricky) My efficiency has been 75-79% double crushing with a motorized Barley Crusher. (sweet) I use Promash for recipes and calc tools.

I really enjoy the BN shows and get great information out of them.

I'm glad I found you guys. Keep up the good work!
