So I fired this bad boy up with an attempt to make a beer like Orval. My new burner decided to burn off the paint that was on the surface and then clog the burner (see below). My HLT plumbing needs some work too as the siphon quit and I had to scoop out the liquor for the sparge, but since I batch sparge, no problems overall. Another hour of tweeking and I think I'm in full swing!
