Welcome! This place is beginning to get infested with Aussies. Almost as bad as those damned Texans.

Warner and Cowan did alright yesterday for Blues eh?

Oh and that guy who scored 329*, he's a Blue as well right?[/quote]

they did alright but would they even be batting yet without the victorian and tasmaniam bowling so well?
what did the openers do in sydney? or was that games men ship to let clarke make up with the hypocritical sydney crowd who actually booed him last year as he came on to the ground. what about haddin shouldnt wade get a go over him or is the fact wades victorian holding him back? any way as long as we beat the indians and get into form to beat the poms next year i spose it doesnt matter to much.

lots of love from victoria.

Not one selector has been from NSW in years. But let's not let the facts get in the way of a good story.

If Tim Paine was fit, he'd be playing test crcket right now.

I also think Peter Forrest should be the next one in the middle order when Hussey retires. Khawaja can wait a year or so to accumulte the runs before returning.

never mentioned the selectors mate. but after haddins poor performace today should wade not get a go in the most likely dead rubber in the next test? i think marsh should make way for khawaja on the fact khawaja showed promise and marsh really does not.

I think Wade will debut in the West Indies in a few months. Surely Haddin will get a tap on the shoulder after this series. I hear Paine's injury is career threatening.

Happy for Marsh to have another series to prove his worth. He earned it over numerous seasons making runs at shield level.

Good to see us aussies introducing cricket discussions to the BN army :)

My two cents, Haddin has to go. His feet aren't moving in front and behind the stumps. I've heard the same talk about Paine's injury, could unfortunately end his career. I've been impressed with Warner's technique in test cricket, I admit he's surprised me. Hussey and Ponting, I'm torn whether we blood some new boys or let them keep going until someone is banging down the door in the shield...
So anyone else get aroused when they smell fresh hops? No, just me huh...

We don't produce any test cricketers in SA anymore. We just encourage them to move here from interstate, eg Lyon.

Welcome!!!
