Edit: Inagural batch has been brewed!

Fri Nov 17, 2006 2:47 pm

So my brewing buddy is a welder and we worked up a 3 tier system. I pick it up tonight and can't wait to get it home so I can plumb it up and fire that bastard up for the first beer out of the Semper Frei Brewery!

Pictures to follow...

I hope you take photos and maybe a video. There's so much pride when you bring that first one home with you. You know you are a man then.

we'll all be expecting cigars in the mail.

What type of cigar? It's like saying "I'll have a beer"

Here's 2 shots of the 3 tier from 2 angles, and one of it tucked away in my shit strewn garage. Note the lack of LP plumbing (working that today)! Thanks Techie! I am excited, you got that right!

What's the stability like on that thing?...
Just looking at it I would worry about those casters.

Yep, I've been getting a lot of feedback along those lines. Pictures don't do it justice. I've loaded up the kegs/cooler with water and tried to push the thing over. It took every thing that I had to budge it, so I'm pretty sure a casual bump won't send it flying. The casters are 1000lb rated, but I'll put it up on wooden blocks when in operation to keep it from moving....
