Greeting from PA

Mon Nov 14, 2011 6:19 pm

Hello all. I've been brewing for a year now. Currently making the switch to all grain. I've been an avid listener of the BN for about 6 months. Finally decided to join the forum. I'm interested in all things fermented, so I've been playing with meads, wine, cider, ect. and have quite a few batches of each under my belt.

I live in the York area in PA. Its pretty cool since the beer scene is fairly new and growing rapidly around here. We have 1 brand new brew pub, and several new breweries in the area (including the new Troegs Brewery :aaron ). Its actually a decent beer scene considering all of PA's stupid alcohol laws :?
Bottled: Citra Pale Ale, Generic Light Beer, Pumpkin Ale

Fermenting: Oatmeal Stout

On Deck: Something Wheat, English Mild, Saison

Welcome man. I saw you in chat the other day. Glad you made an intro.

I've been doing the same thing with the fruit wines, meads and Cysers. Maybe we should do a trade sometime and critique.

Woah guys.... I am from the Red Lion/Wrightsville area and have been a member of the BN for a while. I also work at Troegs on Saturdays. Pretty crazy to see so many people all from this small area on here.
