Hello all. I've been brewing for a year now. Currently making the switch to all grain. I've been an avid listener of the BN for about 6 months. Finally decided to join the forum. I'm interested in all things fermented, so I've been playing with meads, wine, cider, ect. and have quite a few batches of each under my belt.
I live in the York area in PA. Its pretty cool since the beer scene is fairly new and growing rapidly around here. We have 1 brand new brew pub, and several new breweries in the area (including the new Troegs Brewery

). Its actually a decent beer scene considering all of PA's stupid alcohol laws
