In no specific order.

Shea Comfort - for the yeast and oak knowledge and outlook on brewing.
Patrick Rue from the Bruery - for the ideas and outlook on brewing.
The Whites - for the yeast knowledge and antics.
Paxton - wow can that guys describe beer and food.
Many of the pro brewers that are to numerous and great to pick one.

That's a great question. Outside of your usual suspects, I'm not really sure who has impacted my brewing, but there's no deny that the Shea Comfort show blew me away in terms of introducing me to new info; I listened to it several times but just haven't really applied it yet.
