My crazy way idea of brewing in my new system

It might sound complicated, but i want to get as much of what I own at the moment.

I am planning to fill one cooler with almost boiling water for the sparge.(red cooler on top)
I want to to step mash using my brew kettle so i can have a better control over the final beer, however when lautering I plan to dump the entire mash through the top of the kettle into the cooler with the screen bazooka inside.(blue cooler in pic).
I will sparge accordingly, then filter everything to the kettle again (at this point it will be washed of old grains sticking to it) and then start my boil.

the only problem with this is the lifting of the coolers and handling the hot liqour back and forth.

What are your ideas. For some reason I am weary of using a cooler for mashing, I feel i wont hit my temperatures and i will start to freak out if I go lower and have to do a fast decoction of some sort.

Not too crazy. However, why not lauter to the cooler instead of dumping the entire mash? This assumes you are done with the mash, if not you risk dropping temp. I‘ve been brewing since ‘96 and still lauter to a bucket because I only have one kettle large enough (but I don‘t step mash).

Thats the thing, i will lauter to the blue cooler, however the entire grist leftover in the kettle/mash tun its what I dont know yet what to do. thats why I think of dumping the whole thing in the cooler so it get strained while I vorlauf into the kettle.
