Thanks for all the welcomes.

My biggest worry so far is that bucket of beer is at Mort's place. I can just see him sitting there with a cup in hand drinking that beer right from the bucket.

Maybe I should not put ideas in his head.

You do not want to sleep with Milt. He snores real bad and he cuts a lot of cheese in his sleep if you know what I mean. He about runs us out of the goose pit every year. I don't know how his wife puts up with him! Ha ha!

To late the idea has been implanted just call it a 2 1/2 gallon batch

No, the bucket was full. Mort had just pulled a sample, just as he said. I am sorry I was so distrustful of Mort. He was so excited about this beer though that I had visions of him drinking the bucket before it was done. I think we are both anxious to get a few batches ahead.
