Just joined yesterday, so I decided to introduce myself.
Never brewed a single batch of beer yet. A few years ago, I made some fruit wine, and now I have a batch of apfelwein fermenting, and a mini batch ('bout a liter) of mead.
Meanwhile, I've been "brewing" some swill out of chick peas, to try to learn the ropes a little, until I can get a job, and get on with it.
