Just wanted to say thanks to the BN for doing such a brilliant job with the shows. I've been doing AG for a few years with lackluster success...but then my mother sent me a copy of Ray Daniels book "Designing Great Beers". I read chapter after chapter...skipped chapters...finally read the whole book, and then I read it again. I was hooked and excited about beer again. My new enthusiasm led me to spending a lot time searching for more brewing information on the internet, which is were I found the BN. Ever since then, well what can I say…my wife hates the fact that I'm constantly streaming the show. And the information you guys have provided (coupled with the recent four purchases from B3) has taken my brewing to a new level. My last batch was the Pope's Munich Helles--WOW!
I’m a weapons troop in the Air Force, and back in the day we were called 462’s, so that’s were I took my name from. In honor of all the old 462’s everywhere. But now I’ve have less then 80 days until I retire out of the service and I plan on having five beers on tap to celebrate the occasion. So I'm brewing like a fiend because my friends can drink...especially when it's free!
So keep up the good work, keep getting the great guests like Charlie Talley, and would someone make up their mind about pitching warm or cold. I’m pitching cold just because I’ve spent the $$ and I think I have to in order to justify spending the $$ on the equipment (and it works well for me)

Hey Jon P. I'm trying the whirlpool thingy with my counterflow/pump and having some flow/cavitation issues. If you could explain how you have yours set-up, I would be much appreciative.
