I have the recipe as partial mash or all-grain, sounds like you want the partial (see below) which is also what I have made and have been getting a lot of positive feedback on; IOW my friends drank it all and want more. I skewed the hop additions to a more "late hop" profile, I think this helped showcase the hop flavor. I will make this as all grain next time since I recently made the jump into that realm.
