Love the shows! I have learned so much.
I have been brewing since '90. (WOW!) I have never done an all-grain though I still brew some really kick-ass beers. I am going to try all-grain for my next brewing session. I have been grwing my own hops (enough for a couple of batches) for the last two years. (Y'all should have had that "fresh/wet hops show" ...like y'all said you would.)
Right now, I am drinking a really fruity Heffe that I brewed with a lb of crystal 60L (instead of Munich) for something a little different. It is different but totally awesome.
I am a kid at heart. I am from TX (grew up there till I was 27 yo) and I live in CT ('love it up here). I am a mechanical engineer and I work on hydrogen generators and fuel cell systems. My goal is to brew with hydrogen generated with solar power sometime within the next two years. (Would I be the first?) I have 2 perfect kids 10 & 5 and a wife that loves porters and stouts (and is really a hottie too).
Jason, if y'all are ever up in CT, visitin' the folks, and out drinking somewhere let me know if you arent too busy and we'll hook up.
