I am quite new to home brewing. just 2 batches under my belt so far. Cant wait for my next supplies to come in to brew some more.

Welcome! I'm just a bit jealous since you are a couple hundred miles closer to Tall Grass Brewing than I am.

Congrats on getting into brewing. Keep us informed on how your brews are coming along and if you have any questions feel free to ask. There are a lot of folks who know tons about homebrewing and are quite willing to help you out.

Also, remember that you always have to brew more than you can drink, before you brew again so you can drink again.. and so on...
