Forget anything that claims to be able to "filter" out all that cold break.
It will only end in tears and recriminations.

The Blichmann Hop blocker gizmo works, not by filtering anything, but by taking wort off at two different heights on the water column. It's a nice idea and it works because the force of the flow and the absense of cold break at the higher run off station is free of break material and then when you open up the lower half the pressure head from the water column is lower - only an inch or two - so that less break material is swept up into the take up tube. I was building myself a rip off when it dawned on me that there is a better solution that doesn't require me to jam anything into the cooled wort to manipulate any gizmo.

A Rotating Racking Arm type Dip Tube
you can build one easy enough and all you need is a way to drill SST (a DP is best) , a Mapp torch and some silver solder. In the alternate you can simply use a racking cane set to different heights in the water column instead of the usual resting it on the bottom that many people do.

Failing that you might think about buying a lifetime membership at Madam Ho's Palace of Earthly Delights.
Ask for Betty.
HEY~!! It's a hobby~!! It's NOT supposed to make sense~!!
