It's a snow day here in NJ and I'm craving Sean Paxton's Carbonade Flamande, but I've lost the recipe. I think it was published in Beer Advocate magazine about a year ago. If anyone has it, could you send me a copy?

Ah... it was not paxton from beer advocate, it was some other chef in bon appetite may 2010.

Paxton had a recipe for Flemish Carbonade in Zymurgy vol 34, I can send you that one if you like.
